Transient Death, A New Item

Transient Death  is an item that didn’t quite make it into Insupposable Instruments that Jerry just couldn’t keep his hands off of.  It’s is something you might find among a witches belongings, in a den of dark magic, or within the many crowded shelves of an old shop.

We’ve tweaked a bit and decided put it up on the blog here in hopes that it may haunt a campaign or three somewhere, someday. It’s very inspired by some of the oddities acquired in the Dark Souls universe. We hope you enjoy!
